Spring in the Mimbres

We are finally seeing signs of spring...it's still 20 degrees in the morning and 70 by afternoon...so the plants must think it's spring!  Actually we were able to root plants for a while...love this time of year! Today it was 24 degrees when I got to take the puppy out and stay outside because it was still dark and the coyotes and a skunk were near!! But it didn't feel so cold...funny.

pretty pink in the yard...very very small, I almost missed them!

the poppy is going to try it again....usually it doesn't like the location and I'm totally tempted to move it, but the it will surly die....
